The Ashley Foundation was established in 1999 as a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to assisting teens with cancer.  In 2008, The Ashley Foundation Fund was established at the Community Foundation of Frederick County.  This fund will ensure the continuation of programs which assist teens diagnosed and living with cancer through educational scholarships and a Hospital Giving program.
